Membership Terms of Service

By becoming a member of Mt. Diablo Business Women (“MDBW”) you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions (the ‘Terms of Service”), relating to the MDBW website www.mtdiablobusinesswomen.org (the "Website"), contained herein.

MDBW posts information about each of its members on the Website, including, but not limited to, name, phone number, business name, business address, web link, photo and articles about members and their business. All such information or data of any kind submitted to MDBW shall be referred to herein as “Member Submissions.”

MDBW reserves the right to edit any Member Submissions prior to posting to the Website and also to refuse to post any Member Submissions it finds objectionable, in its sole and absolute discretion. You expressly release MDBW from any and all liability for errors in any information posted to the Website. MDBW reserves the right to remove Member Submissions without prior notice.

You retain all of your ownership rights in your Member Submissions. However, by submitting Member Submissions to MDBW, you hereby grant MDBW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the Member Submissions in connection with the Website and MDBW's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website or MDBW.

You hereby affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize MDBW to use all intellectual or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Member Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Member Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service. You agree to indemnify and hold MDBW harmless against any claims by third parties concerning your Member Submissions.

MDBW reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time.
