Networking 3.0
How do you answer, "What do you do?" If you're
actually telling someone the answer to that question, you're most
likely losing business. What do you say instead? Come
to the September Networking meeting and find out! We'll start
with a different approach to explaining your business, and then
we'll get up and practice with each other. With our supportive
environment, you know you'll have fun while expanding your
repertoire.
Come participate in an interactive, light-hearted workshop with
Marian Woodard of The Quantum Business. She'll help you
communicate with prospects by touching the emotions the prospects
are interested in (so it's not about you!). By the time you
leave expect to have at least one additional way to have prospects
say, "Wow, I'd love to experience that!"
Marian works with business leaders and teams who want to experience
the camaraderie, effectiveness and joy that come from being part of
a highly-functional, committed group. She returns to Mt.
Diablo Business Women for her fourth engagement with us.

President's
Message
Every September, our dinner meeting at Mt. Diablo Business
Women is what we call our Networking Extravaganza. Instead of a
speaker we have a professional facilitator to teach us, in an
interactive format, how to make our networking efforts more effective.
Our networking facilitator this month is Marian Woodard of The
Quantum Business. I have seen her speak and she is dynamic,
engaging and definitely knows her stuff.
We all have heard from various marketing and networking experts
that we are supposed to have a ready and impactful answer to the
question "What do you do?" We get asked this question a
lot more often than we are probably aware-at parties, PTA
meetings, soccer games-- not just at business-related events.
Wouldn't it be great if you finally got the help you need to craft
a really effective answer? Come join us in September and get it
done!

Attorney at Law
