Building Profitable
and
Sustainable Business even in
Today's Economy!

Chris
started her career as a business builder much earlier than most.
Born into a family of entrepreneurs, she began building her
reputation as an innovative sales and marketing strategist at the
tender age of 9 by becoming the top seller in girl scout cookies.
With the thrill of sales in her blood, Chris moved on to more
challenging opportunities, eventually becoming a successful sales
manager and trainer at Xerox and building her own
multimillion-dollar distributorship. Today she leads the outreach
of market OUT LOUD, a leading-edge marketing services company that
guides entrepreneurs to the marketing strategies that are working
today and are proven to create rapid-fire results.
Chris is an expert at creating, launching and building businesses.
She believes ownership of a thriving business is the best way to
build personal wealth, freedom and happiness. Recognized by peers
and clients alike for her creative and sassy approach to sales and
marketing, Chris is deeply committed to helping others realize and
express their personal power.
When Chris left Xerox, she realized she could best express her
beliefs as a coach and consultant teaching entrepreneurial skills,
a career that would also let her live and travel anywhere in the
world.
But before she could teach entrepreneurship, she had to prove she
could build a business herself. Leveraging her strengths, she
became a distributor in the Xerox value-added reseller program. Her
distributorship covered three counties in northern California, and
also represented HP and supplies. After the first year, she
achieved a steady year-over-year growth rate of 12%, and by the
time Chris sold the business 11 years later, revenues had reached
$3,200,000.
To fulfill her dream of becoming a coach, Chris took all the classes
at Coach's Training Institute and became a Master Coach.
Driven to help others experience the satisfaction of building a
successful business, she founded Jump Start Business Solutions to
teach people how to fish for themselves. Today she continues to
coach and teach while leading the sales effort at market OUT LOUD,
which is on track to break the million-dollar revenue mark before
its second anniversary.
Over the years, Chris has trained over 1500 sales reps, taught over
1100 wealth builders and served over 300 active business builders
through almost 1000 hours of coaching. Her love of outreach is
reflected in her passion for travel. She loves exploring new
horizons, new cultures and new communities. A
multimillionaire and mother of five, she is a living demonstration
that you can have it all-you just need to know how to get there.

President's Message
I imagine that
every one of us has experienced a change, and probably not a good
change, in our business as a result of the economic downturn our
country has been experiencing. Yes, things are tough, but we all
know that if we don't keep working at developing our businesses,
even when things are tough, we won't see positive changes. I think
that our June speaker's topic, "Building Profitable and
Sustainable Business even in Today's Economy," couldn't be
more timely. Our speaker, Chris Williams, is a coach and consultant
teaching entrepreneurial skills and is also the Vice President of
Sales for market OUT LOUD. I hope you will be able to join us on
June 10 for this very interesting presentation.
President,
Mt. Diablo Business Women
"The
difference between perseverance and obstinacy is that one comes
from a strong will, and the other from a strong won't."
Henry Ward Beecher
The mission
of Mount Diablo Business Women is to
provide business and professional women with opportunities for
education, networking and community service with the goal of
enhancing their business, social, professional, and personal well
being. MDBW shall create programs that support its mission, goals
and objectives. MDBW shall encourage its members to dedicate
themselves to the highest service for the public and for the
business that they represent.
