President's
Message
Our speakers
usually talk to us about how to make our businesses more
successful, but once a year or so we like to take a break from that
and focus not on our businesses but on our health. We are very
lucky to have John Muir Medical Center and all of its related
entities as a resource in our community. Our speaker this month,
Kathy Napoli, comes to us from the John Muir Women's Health Center.
Her topic, "Six Secrets to Healthy Aging," is certainly
relevant to all of us. I know that Kathy's area of emphasis has
been nutrition, so I am sure that at least part of her presentation
will include some valuable information about what we should (and
shouldn't) be eating. Of course, some of that I probably don't want
to hear, but I know I will benefit from it. I hope you will be able
to take the time away from your business to focus on your health
and join us this month.

Kirsten Howe,
Attorney at Law
President, Mt. Diablo Business Women

health and good sense are two of
