Pat has been a member of Mt. Diablo Business Women since October 2006 and
helped form the new Hospitality Committee in 2007. Pat’s passion for people
makes her a natural for this role and her focus on clients also comes into
play in the business world.
Pat works for Private Capital Resource, Inc., a consulting company that
facilitates financing for clients acquiring or expanding their business.
PCR’s specialty is representing owners of in-ground assets such as oil and
gas. Pat’s penchant for details and people has her working with the client
and the investor; collecting thorough documentation for a successful
closing; anticipating and resolving issues and keeping all parties always
well informed.
Pat grew up in Elmira, New York, came to California in 1970 to “check it
out” for a year and never looked back. Pat and her husband Phil spend time
sailing on the Bay, spoiling their two cats, and enjoying family, close
friends and frequent getaways to favorite towns.
